The graph of life consists of both failures and successes and people who aim higher must also be prepared to face the challenges and roadblocks that come their way during their journey. That of course does not mean you are not permitted to feel sad; of course, when you put your efforts into something, you expect positive results in return!
The terms stress, anxiety, and depression have become very familiar these days. We often hear people around us complaining about getting stressed about certain things in their lives. And knowingly or unknowingly, they get driven into the mode of depression.
The term acceptance has varied meanings for varied people. Some may think accepting every wrong would lead the wrongdoers to make repeated mistakes while some think that when you accept a person’s good and bad it makes them feel loved and they tend to make positive changes in their lives.
It’s high time we realize that deteriorating Mental Health is our worst nightmare! There is a fine line between natural death and death by suicide.
